Overview
These terms apply to all design and development services provided by Shipform. By booking an intro call, accepting a proposal, or starting a project with us, you agree to these terms.
Agreement
You do not need to sign a proposal to start work with us. An engagement begins when you accept a proposal verbally or in writing, for example by saying yes on a call, in Slack, email, or another message. That acceptance, together with the scope and fees we share with you, forms our agreement.
Payments
Fees are agreed before work begins, either in a proposal or in writing as part of your acceptance. Retainer engagements are billed monthly. Fixed-scope projects may require a deposit and milestone payments as outlined in your proposal.
Refunds
All payments to Shipform are final. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, partial project completion, unused retainer time, or cancelled engagements after work has started.
If you have a billing question or believe a charge was made in error, contact us at cal.com/jacoblarszon/intro-call and we will review it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies to your engagement.
