Klart

Turning a proposal into the close.

Klart by Shipform

Klart story

A proposal is the first real thing a client sees. Klart wanted theirs to close the deal rather than start another round of email.

Most proposal tools treat the document as paperwork: write it, export a PDF, chase a signature, invoice separately. Every handoff is a place the deal cools down. Klart came to us with a sharper idea: one link where the client reads, signs and pays in the same breath.

We designed the product end to end in code. That meant the signing flow, the payment step and the empty states were all real software within the first weeks, so they could be put in front of actual clients rather than reviewed as flat screens.

The identity followed the same logic. A studio sending a Klart proposal is making a first impression, so the document had to feel like the work behind it: restrained typography, generous space, and no interface furniture competing with the writing.
