Skedulo
An agent a dispatcher can actually approve.

Skedulo story
Scheduling breaks at the exception. We designed the agent that works one end to end, and stops for a human at the right moment.
A dispatcher’s day is not the happy path. It is the sick call at 6am, the job that now has no one assigned, and the four customers who need to be told something before nine. Skedulo wanted an agent that could carry that work rather than just summarise it.
The hard part was never the model. It was the interface around it: how a run explains itself, where the dispatcher takes over, and what a low-confidence proposal looks like when someone has to sign off on it under time pressure.
We designed the whole exception flow as real UI: the agent picking up the call, gathering context, proposing a plan, and handing a dispatcher a decision they can make in seconds. Approval is a first-class screen, not a confirmation dialog bolted on at the end.
